Analytics & Website Technology

We use Google Analytics and Vercel Analytics to understand how visitors use our website. This information helps us improve site performance and usability.

These tools may collect technical data such as browser type, device type, pages visited, and approximate location. We configure Google Analytics to anonymize IP addresses.

We also collect our own usage data when you use our online estimate tool, including the property address and project details you enter, your progress through the form (including steps completed before leaving the page), device type, screen size, and referring page. We use this data to understand how the tool is used and to improve it. Estimator usage data is automatically deleted after 12 months.

Advertising & Meta (Facebook) Tools

We use the Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API to measure the effectiveness of our advertising on Facebook and Instagram. The Meta Pixel may collect technical data such as pages visited, browser information, and cookie identifiers.

When you submit a contact or estimate request, we may share a hashed (encoded) version of your name, email address, and phone number, along with your IP address and browser information, with Meta to measure ad performance. Meta processes this data under its own privacy policy.

Cookies & Similar Technologies

Our website and the third-party tools described above (Google Analytics, Vercel Analytics, and the Meta Pixel) may use cookies and similar technologies, such as browser local storage, to recognize your browser and measure site usage. Our estimate tool stores a random anonymous identifier in your browser’s local storage to recognize return visits; it does not contain personal information.

Most browsers let you block or delete cookies and clear local storage through their settings. The website remains usable with cookies disabled, though some measurement features will not function.

Your information may be processed or stored by trusted service providers that help us operate our website and services, including:

These providers only access information as necessary to perform their services and are required to protect it.

We take reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.

Map Services

Our website uses Mapbox to display interactive maps and location-related features. When you view or interact with a map, Mapbox may collect technical information such as your IP address, browser type, and approximate location. When you enter a property address in our estimate tool, that address is sent to Mapbox to locate it on the map and calculate driving distance.

This information is processed by Mapbox in accordance with their own privacy practices. We do not receive or store this data directly.

Children’s Privacy
